the company operates a 3,000 m² raw material warehouse and a 1,800 m² smart finished goods warehouse to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Assembly Center
    The assembly line integrates frame fatigue testing and road simulation systems, with a daily production capacity of up to 300 units.
  • Coating Center
    Featuring two fully automated coating lines operating in a Class 10,000 cleanroom environment, utilizing a “three-coat, three-bake” process (primer, color coat, and clear coat) to significantly enhance durability. 
  • Frame Manufacturing Center

    Equipped with 20 Panasonic welding machines from Japan, T4/T6 heat treatment furnaces, and automated polishing systems. By adopting aerospace-grade aluminum alloy technology, we reduce frame weight by 20% while increasing strength by 35%.
